I found Serenity online, booked online (easily), was greated by a woman who felt like she had been my friend for my lifetime, had the Ionithermie treatment-which was AMAZING and then paid. When I told her to add my tip amount to the charge, she reduced what I told her to add saying it was "too much"...even though her prices are the best in the area for an experience better than anywhere I have been.
